The Hara Shanti Wellness Saturdays are monthly, one-day immersive experiences designed to support nervous system regulation, stress resilience and sustainable wellbeing.

Hosted on one Saturday of every month, each experience explores a different evidence-informed wellness modality through education, embodied practice and gentle integration. We partner with a diverse range of industry experts. Our interactive workshops are designed to not only share knowledge but to engage participants in practical activities that can be easily integrated into their daily lives.
