Sleep Reset ~ Rebuilding Rest in a Wired World

11 July - Part of the 2026 Nervous System Series by Hara Shanti

We live in a world that is overstimulated, over-connected, and under-rested.

Even when we are exhausted, true sleep can feel out of reach.

Racing thoughts. Night waking. Restless mornings. Nervous system fatigue disguised as productivity.

Sleep is not simply a nighttime issue — it reflects how we move through our entire day.

This month, we focus on rebuilding rest from the inside out through yoga, nervous system support, circadian rhythm awareness, breathwork, and sleep therapy practices.

Because better sleep is not created by trying harder.

It is created through safety, rhythm, regulation, and repair.

The Intention

The intention of this retreat is to help participants restore their natural relationship with deep, nourishing sleep.

We explore the patterns that quietly disrupt rest — chronic stress, blood sugar imbalance, overstimulation, emotional load, poor boundaries, and nervous system hypervigilance.

This month is about creating conditions where the body can trust rest again.

What Makes This Experience Different

This is not simply about sleep tips or better bedtime habits.

It is about understanding sleep as a whole-body wellness practice.

Participants are guided through practical tools and embodied experiences that support nervous system repair, hormonal balance, and sustainable rhythms that extend beyond the retreat itself.

The goal is not just better sleep.

It is better living.

The Experience

This July Wellness Saturday blends science, embodied practice and practical tools to support deep, restorative sleep.

Techniques to calm a busy mind, reduce nighttime anxiety and support the body in shifting into a sleep-ready state.

Evening Rituals & Sleep Conditioning
Guided practices that can be integrated into your evening routine to signal safety to the body and create consistency around rest.

This month is about reclaiming one of the body’s most essential healing rhythms

Each session stands alone. Together, they create a powerful arc of education and integration.
