Until the body begins to whisper through fatigue, brain fog, anxiety, irritability, poor sleep, hormonal shifts, and the feeling that your energy never fully returns.

This month, we focus on rebuilding from depletion.

We explore the relationship between chronic stress, adrenal health, nervous system exhaustion, and the deeper energetic patterns that keep burnout cycles repeating.

Because burnout is not simply about being tired.

It is often the body asking for a different way of living.

The Intention

The intention of this retreat is to create space for pause, awareness, and genuine restoration.

Through restorative practices, somatic awareness, BodyTalk integration, and holistic stress support, participants begin to move from survival into sustainable balance.

This month is about listening to what the body has been trying to say.

What Makes This Experience Different

The Experience

This August Wellness Saturday is a deeply supportive and integrative experience focused on restoring energy, regulating the nervous system and understanding burnout at its root.

You will be guided through:

Understanding Burnout & Adrenal Health
A holistic, easy-to-understand exploration of how chronic stress impacts energy, hormones and nervous system function — and why burnout is more than just fatigue.

Somatic Awareness & Energy Mapping
Practices that help you tune into your body’s signals, identify patterns of depletion, and recognise where energy is being lost or overextended.

Restorative Yoga & Nervous System Support
Slow, supported movement designed to reduce stress load, regulate the system and create space for recovery.

BodyTalk-Inspired Integration
A gentle introduction to integrative, body-based awareness practices that support communication within the body and deeper energetic balance.

Breathwork for Energy Regulation
Practices to both calm and gently re-energise the system — supporting a more balanced and sustainable energy state.

Reflection & Repatterning
Guided space to explore personal patterns, boundaries and behaviours that contribute to burnout — with an emphasis on sustainable change.

Integration & Everyday Application
Practical tools and insights to help you move forward with greater awareness, resilience and a more balanced relationship with your energy.

About the Collaboration

This workshop will be facilitated in collaboration with Star, founder and owner of Chi Time Teas.  Star brings deep respect for plants — not as solutions, but as companions. A shared appreciation for plants as quiet support— for the body, the nervous system, and the spaces in between. Star is experienced in herbal education and plant-based wellbeing.
