This March experience has been designed as an intentional pause — a carefully held space to downshift your nervous system, reconnect to your body’s innate intelligence, and restore a felt sense of safety, clarity and ease.
Created for those who feel stretched, overstimulated or quietly depleted, this experience blends science-informed nervous system work with deeply embodied practices, allowing you to move beyond coping and into genuine regulation and resilience.
The Intention
Modern life keeps our nervous systems in a near-constant state of activation. Even when we rest, many of us never fully arrive.
This experience is not about pushing, fixing or optimising. It is about remembering how to feel safe in your body again.
Together, we will gently guide your system out of survival mode and into a state where rest, repair and clarity become possible.

Throughout this experience, you will be guided through a thoughtfully curated flow of practices, including:
Nervous System Education & Regulation
Led by a special guest, these sessions translate complex neuroscience into embodied, accessible practices. You will learn how your nervous system responds to stress, how safety is created internally, and how to regulate in real time.
Somatic & Embodied Practices
Gentle, nervous-system-friendly movement, breathwork and somatic exercises designed to release stored tension and re-establish trust in the body.
Restorative & Mindfulness Practices
Slow, intentional experiences that support parasympathetic activation — allowing the body to soften, settle and restore.
Integration & Reflection
Spacious moments for journaling, inquiry and quiet integration so insights land not just cognitively, but somatically.

Nicole Thrush
Nicole creates immersive wellness experiences that bridge modern science, ancient wisdom and embodied presence. Her work is rooted in nervous system awareness, conscious rest and sustainable wellbeing — offering spaces where people can soften, recalibrate and reconnect with what truly matters.
Kerry Magnus
Our special guest, Kerry, is a Nervous System Specialist whose work centres on regulation, resilience and embodied safety. Drawing on neuroscience, somatic practices and trauma-informed approaches, she supports individuals in understanding their nervous system and cultivating calm, capacity and choice in everyday life.
Together, we will create a grounded, supportive container where learning is felt — not forced — and change emerges naturally.
