Deep Rest ~ Sound Therapy & Vagus Nerve Regulation

In a world that rewards constant productivity, deep rest can feel unfamiliar — even unsafe.
Many of us have forgotten how to truly rest. Not sleep, not distraction, not simply collapsing from exhaustion — but the kind of rest that allows the nervous system to soften, the breath to deepen, and the body to remember safety.
This month, we explore how sound can become medicine.
Through sound therapy, gentle yoga, breathwork, and nervous system regulation practices, we create space for the body to shift out of survival mode and into restoration. Particular focus is placed on supporting the vagus nerve — one of the body’s most important pathways for calm, digestion, emotional regulation, and resilience.
When the vagus nerve is under-supported, we often experience anxiety, fatigue, shallow breathing, digestive discomfort, poor sleep, and a constant sense of being “on.”
This retreat is an invitation to return to stillness.
The Intention
The intention of this retreat is to create a safe space for profound nervous system restoration.
By understanding the connection between sound, frequency, rest, and vagal tone, we begin to support the body’s natural ability to regulate itself.
This month is not about doing more.
It is about learning how to receive, soften, and restore.

The Experience
This June Wellness Saturday is a deeply restorative, sensory-led experience designed to support nervous system regulation through sound, stillness and embodied awareness.
You will be guided through:
An Introduction to the Nervous System & Vagus Nerve
A grounded, accessible exploration of how the nervous system responds to stress, and the role of the vagus nerve in regulating calm, digestion, emotional balance and resilience.
Sound Therapy & Vibrational Healing
Immersive sound experiences using therapeutic frequencies to support parasympathetic activation, helping the body shift from doing into deep restoration.
Breathwork for Regulation
Simple yet powerful breathing techniques designed to stimulate the vagus nerve, calm the mind and support internal safety.
Restorative & Slow Movement Practices
Gentle, floor-based movement and stillness practices that allow the body to release tension and soften out of chronic holding patterns.
Deep Rest Integration
Spacious, supported rest where the body is invited to integrate — allowing the effects of sound, breath and stillness to settle on a cellular level.

Nicole
Nicole creates immersive wellness experiences that bridge modern science, ancient wisdom and embodied presence. Her work is rooted in nervous system awareness, conscious rest and sustainable wellbeing — offering spaces where people can soften, recalibrate and reconnect with what truly matters.
Ashley
Our special guest, Ashley, will conduct a Nervous System Reset Sound Therapy Session. With a love for therapeutic experiences she’s tuned into sound, intuitive movement and breathwork. With each taking on a journey of its own & allowing deeper connection Ashley has found that integrating them allows positive profound restoration.
Each sound therapy session provides an environment to experience:- deep relaxation
