If March introduced nervous system regulation and April explored the gut–brain connection, May turns toward the intelligence of plants.

Herbal Tea Blending Workshop
A practical, hands-on session where you will create your own personalised tea blends for stress support, sleep enhancement and immune resilience.
Sensory & Mindfulness Practice
A guided tea ritual focused on slowing down, engaging the senses and cultivating parasympathetic activation through warmth, aroma and presence.
Integration & Everyday Application
Clear guidance on how to incorporate herbal teas into your daily rhythm in a sustainable and effective way.
