Exotic Mushroom Farmer
Morne founded and owns Wilderness Trading Co, an establishment invested in the cultivation of exotic (Eastern) organic mushrooms. Morne will be discussing the health benefits of exotic mushrooms and then guiding us through an interactive workshop we will be shown how to cultivate, harvest and prepare them, by preparing our own mushroom grow kit.
Lana Pepler
Registered Homeopath
Dr Lana Pepler is a registered Homeopath in St Francis Bay who specialises in nutrition, Biopuncture and DNA analysis. Lana is the founder and owner of Denude, a holistic wellness shop. Lana will be bringing her immense knowledge about chemistry, homeopathy and nutritional supplements into an interactive workshop to help reset our immune system and prepare our bodies for a period of recovery and renewal.
Carol Watson
Intuitive Healer
Carol Watson is an Intuitive Healer and the owner of The Firefly Room, a Spiritual Holistic Treatment Oasis where Carol specialises in Colour Therapy, Access Consciousness, Antaneea Technique, Chakra Balancing Massage, Transpersonal Numerology and many more tools to help heal and balance her clients. Carol will be hosting the opening cacao ceremony, opening our hearts for the therapeutic activities ahead and assisting participants in setting their intention for their stay at the retreat.
