Each experience varies according to the experts selected to conduct workshops and a specific theme is masterfully woven into each retreat programme. However, every programme created has stress management and holistic health at its core.

In today’s fast-paced world, stress has become an unavoidable part of life. The rising demand for wellness retreats reflects a growing need for people to disconnect and recharge. In fact, stress related burnout has now been recognized as a significant issue and is categorized as an “occupational phenomenon” in the International Classification of Diseases.

When left unchecked, stress can weaken the immune system, increase the likelihood of heart-related conditions such as high blood pressure, and lead to a range of physical and mental challenges, including headaches, fatigue, insomnia, and even anxiety or depression. If you’re feeling overwhelmed, taking time to reset your mind and body can be transformative.

Our experiences are set in various locations in and around the spectacular and tranquil Garden Route of South Africa and are crafted to address the physical, mental, and emotional toll that stress can take. Using evidence-based approaches rooted in modern research, our programs follow an integrative model, tailored to support your individual journey toward well-being. By the end of your retreat, you’ll have tools to better manage stress, deeper awareness of your unique coping mechanisms, strategies for maintaining long-term health, and a renewed sense of hope and vitality.

Programme:

All of our retreats are bespoke and location dependant. The programme below is indicative of what will be included in the retreat.

Day 1

  • 12 pm – Arrival and settling in
  • 1pm – Lunch
  • 2pm – Beach trip
  • 4:30 pm – Yoga with meditation, pranayama
  • 6 pm – Dinner
  • 7 pm – Free time/conversations by the fire/meditation

Day 2 

  • 6:30 am – Meditation
  • 7 am – Yoga with pranayama
  • 8:30am – Cold Exposure Therapy (Ice bath)
  • 9:30 am – Breakfast
  • 10 am – Holistic Wellness Workshop
  • 1 pm – Lunch
  • 2 pm – Forest/Bush Hike
  • 4:30 pm – Yoga with meditation, pranayama
  • 6 pm – Dinner
  • 7 pm – Free time/conversations by the fire/meditation

Day 3 

  • 6:30 am – Meditation
  • 7 am – Yoga with pranayama
  • 8:30am – Cold Exposure Therapy (Ice bath)
  • 9:30 am – Breakfast
  • 10 am – Holistic Wellness Workshop
  • 1 pm – Lunch
  • 2 pm – Yoga with meditation, pranayama
  • 3:30 pm – Farewell and departure 

Cost includes all luxury accommodation, all meals, snacks and refreshments.
